We go to great lengths during the design and testing phases to make sure that our patterns are of the highest quality and utmost accuracy.  However, from time to time a mistake slips through the cracks.  Hey, we're all human.  Below are corrections to some of the "Oops" we've discovered on our patterns.  Thank you for your interest in Pieced Tree Patterns.  Happy Quilting!

Tiny 24 – “Mirror Image”

The early version of this pattern had an incorrect diagram.  The diagram should be:

Tiny 37 – “Flippity-Floppity”

On the front of the pattern it says to "Buy backing and batting to measure 12" x 40".  This is a typo.  The correct measurement is 12" x 50".

The dimension for length on the dark, medium and light should read wof (width of fabric).  You will need 42" of wof to get 14 sections of 3" wide.  If your wof is not that long 13 sections will work to make the runner, it will just be a little shorter in length.

Tiny 39 – “Origami”

The second sentence in the piecing instructions should read as follows:

“Piece to dark triangles made from 5 5/8” square.”

This instruction refers to the squares 5 5/8” x 5 5/8” cut out of the ¼ yard of dark fabric.

Tiny 42 – “Two-For”

This pattern has the piecing instructions in the binding cutting instructions.  It should have read:

Binding: 1/2 yard:  Cut 6 strips 2 1/2" x width
of fabric.
Piecing instruction: Piece strips together and
cut into 4 squares 10 ½” x 10 ½”, bisect
each twice for 4 triangles.

Tiny 56 - "Maple Mambo"

An early version of this pattern had an error in the "Background" instructions.  The first line should read, "Cut:  1 square, 9 3/4" x 9 3/4", bisect twice for 4 triangles."  The following diagram should be next to this sentence:

Tiny 119 - Novelty Charmer

The front of the pattern should read, "Buy backing and batting..."

Tiny 120 - Jelly Squares

The front of the pattern should ready, "Buy backing and batting..."

Tiny 129 - Easy Charms

The Fabric requirements for this pattern should say two charm packs and two mini charm packs.  Another option if you don't want to increase the amount of fabric needed is just make 3 of the last row shown on the pattern.

Tiny 133 - Baby Bricklayer

Some earlier versions may have a typo.

In the "Sashing and Binding" section it should say 6 rectangles 2 1/2" x 2 3/4" instead of 2 1/2" x 5 1/4".

In the Piecing instructions where is says to piece the 2 1/2" x 5 1/4" rectangles, it should say 2 1/2" x 2 3/4" rectangles.

“Cotton Candy” Book

“Strip S’More” pattern on page 12.

Pieced strips should be cut to 10” in each of the candy roll sizes instead of 10 1/2".  This would then change the finished sizes to 14 1/2" x 38 1/2", 38 1/2" x 38 1/2", 38 1/2" x 58 1/2", and 38 1/2" x 78 1/2" respectively.

“Juicy Fruit” pattern

The Companion Angle ruler and the Easy Angle ruler are both rulers that can be purchased at your local quilt shop. They are not included in the pattern.

"You're a Star" pattern
The second mention of background fabric required, 2/3yd, is referring to the backing.

"Simply Sweet Chenille and Nine-Patch Baby" pattern
The yardage listed for the binding is done using 2 1/4" strips instead of the 2 1/2" strips that are mentioned in the pattern.

"Vote for Quilting" pattern
The first line in the cutting instructions should read:  "From the white, cut:  1 square 12" x 12", bisect once for 2 triangles..."
"Project Parade" book
Page 6, under the Layer Cake directions for the "Meet in the Middle" pattern:
The fabric requirements for the accent fabric and binding says use 1 - 3/4 yard.  This should be changed to 2 - 1/4 yards
